Glenn Camp’s life and career have unfolded at the intersection of faith, enterprise, and systems change. Across more than four decades, he has worked as a strategist and operator building companies in climate, technology, and infrastructure, often in environments defined by constraint, uncertainty, and long-term risk. The experiences explored throughout his career reflect a consistent thread: leadership shaped not by visibility, but by responsibility.
Early in his career, Glenn learned to operate in complex, high-pressure settings where trust, adaptability, and moral clarity mattered more than formal authority. Those formative years, including work across international trade, finance, and public policy, laid the foundation for a systems-level approach that would later define his work in sustainability and regenerative development.
Over time, this approach evolved into hands-on leadership with mission-aligned ventures focused on practical, scalable solutions. Glenn has advised and guided organizations at critical inflection points, helping translate innovation into deployable systems. His work spans regenerative housing, clean energy, and digital infrastructure, with an emphasis on aligning economic viability with long-term societal benefit.
Today, Glenn leads the global expansion of carbon-negative housing and energy systems across the United States, Europe, and emerging markets. He continues to work closely with founders, operators, and investors to design business models, financing structures, and delivery frameworks capable of moving from pilot to scale.
Among the ventures explored through this broader narrative are Strawtex, where Glenn advised on the creation of a new panelized housing technology for underserved markets, and Genezen Energy, where he directed financial and operational strategy for a new class of high-efficiency battery storage systems serving residential and commercial applications.
Glenn’s perspective has been shaped not only by building companies, but by contributing to the broader dialogue on sustainability and systems change. He has shared his work at global convenings including the United Nations, Rio+20, and Education Without Borders, and has spoken internationally on leadership, innovation, and the responsibility of enterprise in a changing world.
Throughout these chapters, a consistent theme emerges: the belief that work, when approached with integrity and purpose, can serve something larger than itself. Glenn’s leadership reflects a conviction that enterprise can be a platform for stewardship, resilience, and service.
Glenn is a Certified Financial Planner and studied Business and Finance at the University of Southern California and CSU Northridge.
